Update on Fr. Ron March 13

We spoke with Ron recently. Here is a summary of how he's doing:
Ron is having issues with his breathing. They have put him on oxygen and are investigating whether there is some type of blockage – hand/wrist and ankles. He is continuing therapy and has made some progress with respect to strength in his legs. Ron greatly appreciates the prayers, cards, letters and concerns. This new breathing issue has him concerned and seems to affect his thought processes. Ron wanted to thank whoever put the Thomas Merton prayer in the bulletin; it is his favorite. He prays it daily. He does not expect to be moved anywhere else unless there is a health issue that develops and is still keeping doctor appointments. He is at Holy Family Villa in Palos Park, IL. Cards and notes can be sent here to the parish (316 W. Mill St., Wauconda, IL 60084). We will see that they are forwarded to him with his weekly mail.
