Fr. Ron's 40th Anniversary
Fr. Ron Gollatz is celebrating 40 years of priestly ministry this year. Receptions will follow the 5 pm English and 6:30 pm Spanish Masses on Saturday, June 2 as well as the 11 am English and 12:30 pm Polish Masses on Sunday, June 3 in the Parish Life Center. Refreshments will be served and you will have an opportunity to congratulate Ron on this special Anniversary. More information will be forthcoming.
Transfiguration Treasures and Trinket Sale
Dates for the Rummage Sale have been set: Thursday, June 21 through Saturday, June 23, 2012 in the Parish Life Center. Donations for new or gently used items will be accepted June 15 (5 - 8 pm), June 16 (8am - 5 pm) and June 17 (7am - 2pm).
This is also a prime opportunity for the earning of service hours over the summer. Please contact Roseanne Niese at 815-344-5694 if you can help.
Theology-on-Tap
Our parish will be hosting Theology-on-Tap, a special four week speaker and discussion series for young adults in their 20's and 30's, married or single. We are seeking individuals that would be interested in joining our team of young adults that will coordinate this series, please contact the Parish Office by email or phone.

Several of our Sacristan Ministers have retired and we are in need of volunteers to help keep our worship space clean. Please contact Eileen Wood at 847-639-4697 for details or with your interest.
First Friday Adoration - June 1, 2012
We have a Memorail Mass on Friday, therefore, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will begin at 8:30 am and continues until 7:30 pm on the First Friday of the Month. Confession, Rosary and Benediction begins at 6:45 pm. Mass in the Polish Language is celebrated at 7:30 pm. There is a sign up binder in the vestibule of church 1 week prior for those that can commit to 1 hour of time. We need to have someone with the Blessed Sacrament at all times. Please come and pray before the Lord, exposed in the Blessed Sacrament, for any amount of time.
Deacon Marion Omiatek Scholarship Church members and ministry leaders have met to inaugurate a Transfiguration School scholarship in the name of Deacon Marion Omiatek. Initial funding came from the contributions received the 5th Sunday in January for the school enrichment fund. Donations can also be given at the Parish Office or online at GiveCentrao.org at any time.
No parking regulations for the school year Do not park on the school side of Mill Street between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm on school days for any length of time, your car will be ticketed by the Wauconda Police Department.
