Sunday Nursery
The purpose of this ministry is to provide an atmosphere of initial faith formation for pre-school aged children so that parents can participate more fully at 9:00 am mass. This ministry is currently inactive due to lack of a coordinator and participation. Please call the Parish Office if you would be interested in coordinating this ministry.
A member needs to show up about 15 minutes before mass, to review the lesson, sign in the children, and help clean up after kids. There are no meetings. A member signs up on a schedule for any Sunday that they can take charge of the nursery. Almost all members have children that attend the nursery.
An ideal candidate for this ministry would be a patient person who likes working with small children. Archdiocesan regulations require the completion of a background check and a training in accordance with Protecting God's Children Guidelines.
